AI Voice Engineer

Lyngo is a healthcare technology company that has revolutionized the Allied Health sector by reducing missed calls from 53% to 0%. We seamlessly integrate AI models into clinics, efficiently handling 90% of tasks currently performed over the phone. This allows clinics to focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.

We're looking for an experienced AI Voice Engineer who can help us grow our Python-based voice engine capabilities and customer web portal. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a tangible impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain our Python-based voice AI engine.
  • Integrate our system with allied health software using various APIs.
  • Build and enhance our customer portal for seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to shape the product and technology roadmap.
  • Solve complex problems and implement scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with full-stack development.
  • Strong experience with APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for AI and building innovative solutions.
