Job Title:

Achieve Excellence in Financial Management

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial professional to join our team as a Management Accountant. This role is based in Perth and will be part of a high-performing finance team.

About the Role:

This position involves providing financial management support to project, operations, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will have strong skills in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project, operations, and commercial teams to deliver financial management services.
  • Prepare and lodge monthly alliance cost reimbursement claims.
  • Conduct standard cost payroll project charge reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform exception analysis reporting to identify variances and areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and monthly reforecasts across the business.
  • Undertake overhead analysis, reporting, and review to drive cost efficiency.
  • Manage project cash flow and provide insights into working capital requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for project and business unit teams for queries, issues, or training requirements relating to financial systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Complete month-end processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support the Tendering team by providing accurate reporting of costs to date, remaining commitments, and forecast expenditure, with consideration given to tender cost recoveries.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required.
