Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Field Service Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished leader to lead a team of site and field technicians, ensuring operational excellence within their management scope. Reporting to the WA Service Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the growth and development of our market-leading brand by fostering strong business partnerships in our industry.

  • Deliver high-quality service agreements and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional support and timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain close relationships with current and prospective customers, providing them with personalized attention and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Lead the selection, preparation, and training of field service staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve technician performance, aligning it with weekly service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Effectively allocate work assignments to meet customer requirements, leveraging labour productivity to drive business success.
  • Monitor and address performance shortfalls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to achieve industry best practices.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and conduct service presentations to showcase our capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek a passionate, pragmatic problem solver who can demonstrate a strong drive for results and superior customer focus. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Prior management of a customer base, active pursuit of new business, and high energy levels are essential for this role. Additionally, the candidate should possess superior organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good negotiation skills.
