Youth Development Coordinator

Panthers Group, a leading entertainment and leisure provider, is seeking an individual to coordinate programs for young men.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and administer programs focused on developing young men in Bathurst
- Deliver activities and events, including end-of-program celebrations
- Organize logistics, including recruitment, marketing, safeguarding, equipment, reporting
- Support ongoing review and updating of youth development programs
- Collaborate with team members to support initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or placement
- Tertiary qualification in social work, youth mentoring, or a relevant area
- Current driver's license, valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), and Sports First Aid certification
- Strong organisational, time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working in sports clubs or community sports environments
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating disability or school-based sports programs
