About the Role

You will be working in an agile environment designing and delivering high-quality learning solutions to support behavioral and technical change.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research, write, and design learning products to support the implementation of emerging technologies.
  2. Work with subject matter experts, project teams, and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and translate complex technical content into clear materials.
  3. Design and deliver blended learning solutions, including facilitated classroom training, interactive self-paced e-learning, and technology-enhanced experiences.
  4. Collaborate with teams to develop training around new business processes and support change adoption across the workforce.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as an instructional designer and content developer.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical content into high-impact learner-focused training.
  • Experience working with adult learning principles, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale change programs.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Articulate 360, and video editing software.
