We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-quality support to individuals living with complex trauma, psycho-social challenges, and needs aligned with their individual program plan.

This role requires collaboration with external care teams and families to deliver person-centered support, enhancing everyday living skills, access to community participation, and quality of life.

To thrive in this position, you will bring:

  • Qualification in disability, mental health, or related field (desirable)
  • 2 years' experience supporting people in a related sector, including disability, mental illness, community services, aged care, residential, or rehabilitation environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting participants with high needs
  • A clear understanding of professional boundaries and restrictive practices
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision, and under pressure
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear case notes
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate as part of a diverse team and work autonomously

Please note that you will need to have:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (obtained from Service NSW)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Australian Driver's License and comprehensive car insurance
