Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team as an Educational Leader. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children, educators, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the team in programming and practice, ensuring that high standards of curriculum and documentation are met.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programs using strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Mentor Educators to develop their skills and expertise, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Engage children through activities and experiences that cater to their individual needs and abilities.
Requirements:
• Current ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
• Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
