Early Childhood Educator & Centre Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated team member to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our centre. Our educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the centre's vision and mission
- Recruit, train and supervise staff to achieve centre goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Children's Services or higher qualification
- Experience working with young children 0-5 years
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
