The Grange P-12 College has implemented the School Wide Positive Behaviours Framework (SWPB) across our campuses, embedding Respect, Learning and Working Together in our practice. Our teaching approach is highly structured and explicit, using Marzano's High Reliability Schools Teaching and Learning Framework. We use the Four-Part Lesson Plan, High Impact Teaching Practices and differentiated teaching plans to ensure student success.

Our staff work collaboratively as Professional Learning Communities, developing curriculum and analysing data to meet student needs. Our focus is on ensuring each student completes Year 12 and progresses to their chosen pathway, whether tertiary study, training or full-time work.

We offer various programs, including Sports Science Academy Program specialising in Rugby, Netball, Volleyball, Cricket and Gymnastics. This program operates from Year 4 onwards with pathway partnerships around Sport Science and tertiary institutions.

Our college provides Performing and Visual Arts, Music, Sport, Language (Hindi) and ICT (Virtual Reality facility), with a High Achievers Program from Year 7 to 12 and Voice coaching for both campuses.

We cater to smooth transitions through schooling stages: P-4; 5-8 and 9-12, with strong transition programs for students moving into Prep. All students have access to a well-resourced pathways program from Year 4. Intervention programs exist to support student learning, along with individual learning plans for students in Year P-6.

All Year 6 students undertake a weekly elective program at the Secondary Campus to familiarise and establish a supportive transition to Year 7.

We provide options for VCE, VCAL and VET in later years of schooling. Students in Year 10 can access vocational and VCE programs, and we are well resourced with a Trade Training Centre focused on automotive studies, as well as VET courses in Hospitality and Hairdressing.

The Grange P-12 College has a supportive ethos enabling students to engage in a sense of belonging within our school community. Staff are highly supported by well-resourced Sub School Teams, Wellbeing Teams and Professional Learning Communities.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and qualifications in Education and Training. Postgraduate qualifications and experience in Educational Leadership are desirable.
