Casual Social Work Position Available
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic social worker to join our clinical team on a casual basis. As a social worker at our organization, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive social work services to patients and their families. This includes undertaking psychosocial assessments, family work, outpatient care, discharge planning, and supervising students.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social work, with a minimum of three years working in a hospital, rehabilitation, or other healthcare setting. Clinical experience and/or knowledge in brain injury and trauma rehabilitation would be highly regarded.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Social Work or Master of Social Work
- Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
