We are seeking passionate Social Workers to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team within the Child & Adolescent Mental Health service in Regional Victoria. This exciting opportunity offers both full-time and part-time roles with flexible commencement dates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for children and families.
  • Develop and implement tailored clinical treatment plans addressing biological, psychological, and social needs.
  • Provide ongoing risk management and crisis intervention.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client-centered care.
  • Participate in regular clinical reviews and engage in continuous learning and improvement.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based, family-inclusive interventions for high-risk infants and children.
  • Proficiency in current mental health treatment practices and approaches.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multidisciplinary setting.
  • Highly desirable CAMHS experience.

You will work across various locations within the region, contributing to community mental health teams that provide vital services to individuals and families.
