Social Worker Opportunities

We are seeking skilled social workers to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing advanced social work services in a multi-disciplinary environment, working closely with health professionals, families, and community agencies to achieve positive outcomes for patients.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive psychosocial assessments and discharge plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide casework expertise and support the clinical unit and social work department.
- Maintaining a complex caseload and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
To be eligible, applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, eligibility for Australian Association of Social Workers membership, experience in an acute hospital setting, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
