Job Summary:

A Reception Team member will play an integral role in providing seamless consumer experiences for members and guests when visiting the centre.

The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge about our services and facilities, programs and promotions, and lead a reception team to ensure relevant systems are running effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members and guests
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Manage cash handling and stock control
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in the reception area
  • Ensure all interactions with members and guests are professional and courteous
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service and point of sale
  • Preferred Certificate 3, 4 or diploma in fitness training
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good mathematical skills and basic computer knowledge
