Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Process payments, manage invoices, and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with patient intake forms and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with the physiotherapy team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide support with marketing initiatives, such as managing patient reminders or promotional offers.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in healthcare is a plus).
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.98 - $29.97 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 06/01/2025
