Customer Service Analyst for Water Utilities

About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Service Analyst to join our dynamic team at Halcyon Knights. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of customer billing and metering operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage customer billing and meter reading data.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to unrecorded meter changes, out-of-tolerance readings, and estimated reads.
- Support the delivery of CRM projects to reduce estimated reads and improve customer satisfaction.
- Process Metering Diagnostics and conduct investigations to ensure accurate billing.
- Manage special billing arrangements for key customers.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with a keen ability to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both customers and internal stakeholders.
