About the Role

Our Civil and Infrastructure Team in Adelaide is seeking a highly experienced Senior Utilities and Infrastructure Estimator to join our team. As a key member of the estimating team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and achieving commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out measuring and deliver estimating services for utilities services, working closely with our Civil and Infrastructure Estimating Team.
  • Support post-contract services where necessary, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Prepare project estimates for all phases of design, including local and regional locations.
Requirements
  • Specialist utilities services estimating experience predominantly associated with hydraulic services (sewer and water), gas, and electrical/comms services associated with Civil Infrastructure Projects.
  • Strong understanding of services authorities' standards and codes within South Australia (SA Water, APA, and SAPN).
  • Ability to prepare estimates by first principle estimating and have strong understanding of productivity rates for utilities services.
  • Experience in South Australia or similar experience throughout Australia will be considered.
  • Established relationships with clients, designers, specialist contractors, and suppliers are advantageous.
