Electricity Network Operations Lead

This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of planners to prepare and coordinate work packages for field delivery teams.

The Electricity Network Operations Lead oversees job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient preparation of work packages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of planners to drive high standards of work readiness.
  • Ensuring work packages meet compliance, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Championing smart work packaging strategies to optimize resources and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborating with delivery managers, field leaders, and network representatives to ensure seamless transition from planning to execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
  • A sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
