About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Works Lead to spearhead our planning initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and preparation of work packages for our field teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to drive high standards of work readiness across multiple depots.
  • Oversight job scoping, outage management, and materials procurement.
  • Ensure work packages meet rigorous compliance, HSEQ, and quality benchmarks.
  • Promote innovative work packaging strategies to optimize resources and customer outcomes.
  • Elevate digital tool adoption (SAP, GIS, mobile platforms) to enhance planning efficiency.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex planning issues or customer interface challenges.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Field Leaders, and network representatives to ensure a seamless transition from planning to execution.
About You

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
  • A deep understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and other work management systems.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
