Speech Pathologist, Early Childhood Teacher or Social Worker

About the Role

In this role as an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist, you will provide early childhood intervention services to support children with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families.

You will work on behalf of our team who'll be supporting you to help families break down barriers to reveal children's true abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate supports with the child and family that reflect strengths-based and family-centered approaches
  • Deliver supports to children and families that lead to positive outcomes, utilizing a transdisciplinary key worker approach
  • Assess and communicate the child's development and ongoing progress
  • Facilitate a team around the child that promotes participation in family, community, and cultural activities
  • Ensure that supports are clearly documented, coordinated, and communicated to families and internal and external stakeholders
