Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide early childhood intervention services to support children with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families.

This role involves delivering supports under a Key Worker model, providing a transdisciplinary approach that promotes participation in family, community, and cultural activities.

As a key worker, you will be responsible for assessing and communicating the child's development and ongoing progress, ensuring that supports are clearly documented, coordinated, and communicated to families and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, and early childhood teachers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly those with developmental delays or disabilities.
  • Strong assessment and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
