Job Title: Regional Services Manager

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational delivery of services throughout your allocated regional states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of operational services, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in desktop applications, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
