Executive Chef

Sodexo is seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic team in a remote environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for large groups in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure high-quality food standards and presentation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and recipes
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
- Comply with HACCP procedures and safe work practices
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship
- Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking)
