Job Title

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic promotional campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in campaign management, coordination, and execution to drive revenue and customer engagement.

  • Promotional Campaign Management & Administration: You will be responsible for setting up and administering standard monthly promotions, including managing internal approval processes and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-functional Campaign Coordination: You will facilitate the execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by working closely with internal teams such as Customer Engagement, Creative, CRO, Billing, CX, and Legal.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Issue Resolution: You will conduct thorough quality assurance checks for pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • System & Process Optimization: You will manage our third-party voucher provider for incentive distribution and identify opportunities to implement automations and improve existing processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' marketing experience, preferably with campaign briefing experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Google Suite.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
