**Job Summary**: As a strategic marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, pitches, proposals, capability statements, graphics and visual imagery.
- Manage projects, communicate progress, and develop recommendations for property marketing initiatives.
- Develop creative briefs, coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, and assist with business development activities.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in property or professional services.
- Intermediate to advanced experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
- Strong project management skills, time management, communication, attention to detail, and research skills.
