  1. Develop strategic marketing plans that support business growth and improve brand reputation.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences for bespoke homes.
  3. Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social, and events.
  4. Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, 3D renders, and social media content.
  5. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, and paid ads with performance tracking.
  6. Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers, and designers to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
  7. Plan and manage display home launches, open days, and community engagement events.
  8. Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, property development, or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
