Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to support our business growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive results.

The Role:

You will be responsible for providing tactical marketing support across all aspects of our business, including product development, pricing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to implement portfolio strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive variety introduction launch teams by coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Own pricing for designated crops, designing and implementing pricing frameworks.
  • Lead customer campaigns planning, material development, and execution.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to finalise portfolio budgets.
  • Create and implement annual marketing plans, managing marketing spend for maximum impact.
  • Timely inventory assessment and action plans for slow-moving products.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and portfolio reporting.
  • Support salesforce team alignment and key grower/industry events.

About You:

  • Proven marketing experience with a focus on campaign development and execution.
  • A strong understanding of vegetable seed, horticulture, or agricultural markets.
  • Demonstrated portfolio and brand management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical commercial skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Salesforce CRM.
