**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Our client is seeking a talented SPECIALIST TOURING CONSULTANT to promote and book loyal repeat clients on specialist tours and cruises worldwide.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Follow up direct customer leads and initiate outbound calls
- Educate customers on products and destinations

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous Sabre GDS experience
- Sales experience within a call-centre environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for travel and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
