This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team as a Compliance and Data Security Manager. As part of this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our data & security compliance posture is significantly enhanced, thus reducing the risk of security incidents through improved efficiency and effectiveness of data and security controls.

  • Lead a team responsible for managing data and security compliance across various areas of our business, including product, platform, and third-party software and services.
  • Assess data and security compliance requirements across all areas of our business to guarantee seamless alignment with industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement robust security compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain the integrity of our information security management framework.
  • Engage and manage service providers delivering services and capabilities related to our data and security compliance practice.
  • Oversee comprehensive programs of automated and manual data & security testing across our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver security awareness materials and training initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of data security within our organization.
  • Respond effectively to customer and supplier security assessments to protect our reputation and relationships.
  • Provide actionable insights and reporting to senior leadership regarding our compliance position to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that they have business continuity plans in place, which are regularly tested and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive data and security compliance strategies aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to drive effective data and security compliance outcomes.
  • Design and implement risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to our data and security compliance posture.
  • Provide guidance and support to direct reports to enhance their skills and competencies in data and security compliance.
  • Ensure that all changes to our products and corporate infrastructure comply with IT Security Policy and standards and meet our compliance obligations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to guarantee ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to our operations in the event of a crisis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information security and compliance management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing risk management and information management security frameworks.
  • Experience developing and maintaining high-performing teams focused on data and security compliance.
  • Technical expertise in data and security compliance regulations, risk management, and IT security policy.
