About this Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Account Manager to join our team in Chatswood, Sydney head office. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive guidance and support.
You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to bring deals to a close and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically about customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing proactive guidance and support
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities using CRM software
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an account management role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically about customer needs and develop effective solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as operations and product development
- Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Strong understanding of SaaS or technology products and their applications
The estimated salary for this position is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time role based in Chatswood, Sydney head office with flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance.
