Job Title: Executive Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining high hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of housekeeping staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience in staff management, recruitment, and performance development.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and staff training.
