Job Description

As a key member of the management team, the Administrative Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the executive leadership and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be highly resourceful, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and manage complex calendars, including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations to support key priorities and objectives. This will involve structuring calendar cadence to support long-term business objectives, managing end-to-end travel schedules, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business, attending business meetings to assist and/or own agendas, and partnering with Administration, IT, and Finance Functions to support staff and other internal/external stakeholders.

This role also involves assisting with project lifecycles, providing support for business unit initiatives, and ensuring the office/front of house servicing and reception are operating smoothly. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing adequate supply resourcing as needed and overseeing all office operations.

Requirements
  • 3 years senior leader support experience, with some C-level support experience preferred
  • Experience in complex calendar management in a matrixed, global organisation
  • Proven ability to understand business priorities in order to independently and successfully manage an executive calendar
  • Exceptionally organised, relentlessly resourceful, calm under pressure, strategic multi-tasker, with a deep love of logistics and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior management and internal working teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business
  • Proven track record of accountability, reliability, and a can-do attitude
  • Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
