Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Deliver CCTV, Intruder, Access, and Fire Alarm / Emergency Lighting Maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreement and within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with the Service Team at all times to ensure that all works are delivered on time.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures, or instructions as they apply, and ensure that all colleagues and sub-contractors follow safe systems of work on site.
  • Work on a stand-by rota, attend corrective calls efficiently, and identify and resolve repair, maintenance, and installation issues that may occur during service delivery.
  • Ensure company vehicle is kept clean, well maintained, and serviced as required.
  • Comply with any other reasonable management instruction.

Performance Metrics

  • Deliver works in compliance with the client's specification and within agreed timescales.
  • Quality of work - Achieve completion of monthly planned maintenance works.
  • Achieve and maintain 100% H & S and job-related competence.
  • Maintenance of company vehicle.
