Organizational Excellence: Assistant Director, Governance and Secretariat

The role of the Assistant Director, Governance and Secretariat is a pivotal position within an organizational team that coordinates governance arrangements and oversees key divisional and enterprise-level committee functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and collating input from various groups to inform corporate publications
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Forward Work Program, including agenda development and recording meeting outcomes
  • Providing situational awareness and assurance on policy adherence, prioritization, and decision-making processes

Additional duties may involve:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining business governance and committee-related activities for the Infrastructure Division
  • Oversight of quality assurance for committee papers and briefing materials

**About the Team:** The Directorate of Business Improvement and Governance is responsible for delivering business governance and corporate functions across the Infrastructure Division. This includes information management, support to estate programs and projects, and coordination of divisional input for corporate and statutory reporting.

The Governance and Secretariat team plays a crucial role in coordinating divisional input for corporate and statutory reporting, as well as managing secretariat functions for the Estate and Infrastructure Gate Review committee.
