Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your technical expertise to provide strategic advice and guidance to project teams and clients, ensuring alignment with our quality policies and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems, aligning with AECOM's quality policies and standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of ISO standards, audit processes, and quality systems, ensuring their effective application throughout the business.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement, promoting a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
  • A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for this role.
  • Experience working in or alongside design consultancies, allowing you to understand how quality fits into the design and delivery lifecycle.
  • A strong grasp of ISO standards, audit processes, and quality systems, enabling you to drive quality excellence.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead, influence, and inspire, essential for success in this role.
