Job Title: Quality and Service Improvement Lead

The role of Quality and Service Improvement Lead is a pivotal position that focuses on enhancing the delivery of high-quality services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, promoting, and influencing quality and safety standards across the organization.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies for improving service delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to meet regulatory requirements, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, protocols, and policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on quality standards, best practices, and organizational policies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum two years' experience in child safety, out-of-home care, or family services, with a proven track record of implementing quality improvements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in policy review, quality frameworks, and procedure development.
