Australian citizens with NV1 or higher are sought for a key role in defining the change vision and process.

**Job Requirements:**

Contract: 12 months plus two 12-month options
Eligibility: Australian Citizens with **NV1** clearance or higher
Location: Canberra - hybrid/WFH, or remote

**Role Overview:**

The successful candidate will create and maintain strong relationships to add value across the organisation through the definition of change impact assessments, current and future state descriptions, and business benefit documents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Strong experience in change management
- Provide 'as is' and 'to be' descriptions as well as the change gap
- Documentation such as change vision, case for change,
- stakeholder engagement strategy, change impact assessment
- business cases, business analysis plans, etc.
- Providing advice on change management processes and methods
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, conduct workshops
- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals

**What You Will Need To Succeed:**

- Proven track record in organizational transformation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
