Job Title: Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of the facilities department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality maintenance services across all campuses, including building repairs, handyman tasks, and general upkeep.
  • Assist with events and functions, office relocations, room setup, and refurbishment as required.
  • Contribute to the overall safety and efficiency of the facilities department by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and external contractors.
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
