About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our People and Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Lead. As a key leadership role within the People and Culture team, you will lead and coach the Talent team to ensure exceptional outcomes to all business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the store recruitment process for our store leaders within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Manage a team and drive consistency and high performance.
  • Collaborate with the business and build and enhance the Employee Value Proposition, reflecting our culture, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Drive the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across all business units.
  • Support and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, operational demands and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to refine and improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and a streamlined hiring process.
  • Create a strong talent pipeline for our ongoing company's current and future hiring needs
