Role Overview

  • Provide technical and administrative assistance to the Trustee Services team on a national scale.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage team correspondence and inboxes efficiently.
  • Assist Trust Managers with compliance tasks and service requests.
  • Support the estate renunciation process.
  • Deliver exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to projects and operational enhancements.

Candidate Profile

  • Financial industry qualifications are preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within Financial Services or a Trustee Company.
  • Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proven track record in a client-focused role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a compliance-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with trust and estate administration laws is advantageous.
