About the Position

The role of the Trustee Services Coordinator is integral to providing both technical and administrative assistance to the Trustee Services team across the nation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical administrative support to the team.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the management of team inboxes to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist Trust Managers with compliance tasks and service requests on a regular basis.
  • Support the estate renunciation process as needed.
  • Commit to delivering exceptional client service at all times.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at operational improvements.

Candidate Profile

  • Desirable qualifications in the financial sector.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within Financial Services or a Trustee Company.
  • Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a client-focused role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance.
  • Some familiarity with laws pertaining to trust and estate administration is advantageous.
