Community Program Director

The role of Education and Community Leader involves leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive educational program that prioritizes children's well-being, growth, and learning. As part of our team, you will work within a collaborative environment to promote a supportive and inclusive community.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement an educational program aligned with the approved learning framework and supported by Assistant Coordinators/Coordinators.
- Ensure that the educational program is informed by children's learning and development.
- Maintain effective relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to educators in understanding the educational program and its practices.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Undertake administrative tasks as required.
- Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
- Have substantial experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the approved learning framework.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
