Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Services Installation Specialist to manage the end-to-end installation of centralised energy services for multi-unit developments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project management of centralised energy services installations
  • Effective stakeholder management with developers, builders, contractors, equipment providers, and gas network providers
  • Liaison with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Quality and HSE inspections on site to guarantee high-quality outcomes
  • Collation and completion of CRM records, close-out documentation, and handover to our Asset Management group
Requirements:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience in technical installation, operation, and maintenance of hot water plants, hot water metering systems, and meters
  • Experience with embedded networks, solar, or other energy services is beneficial
  • Technical expertise in energy-efficient products, equipment, and technologies
  • Demonstrated competence and experience in project management
  • Demonstrated competence in managing contractors in an installation and service environment
  • Direct experience dealing with decision-makers in third-party organisations
