Centralised Energy Solutions Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Centralised Energy Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of centralised energy services installations.

  • Project Management: You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will manage relationships with developers, builders, contractors, equipment providers, and gas network providers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Effective Liaison: You will work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project handovers and effective pipeline management.
  • Quality and HSE Inspections: You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Collation and Documentation: You will collate and complete CRM records, close-out documentation, and handover to our Asset Management group.

The ideal candidate will possess technical qualifications related to the installation and maintenance of commercial gas hot water plants. However, a proven track record of successful technical experience may be considered as an offset to any lack of qualifications.

  • Technical Qualifications: You should have demonstrated experience in the technical installation, operation, and maintenance of hot water plants, hot water metering systems, and meters. Experience with embedded networks, solar, or other energy services is highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: You should possess expertise in energy-efficient products, equipment, and technologies.
  • Project Management Competence: You should demonstrate competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Contractor Management: You should have experience managing contractors in an installation and service environment.
  • Decision-Maker Influence: You should have direct experience dealing with decision-makers in third-party organisations, influencing, recommending, and securing successful project outcomes.
