Solar Energy Specialist


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Solar Energy Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers who are experiencing issues with their solar energy systems.

You will work closely with our installation team to resolve customer complaints and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.


About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will need to have a high level of technical knowledge and understanding of solar energy systems, including design, installation and maintenance.

You will also need to be able to work flexibly and be willing to travel to customer sites as required.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email and on-site visits.
  • Work closely with the installation team to resolve customer complaints and improve product quality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of solar energy systems, including design, installation and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive the best possible experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of technical knowledge and understanding of solar energy systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
