About the RoleThe HR Business Partner forms part of the regional leadership team, working closely with company leaders to strengthen employee and organizational capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with General Manager on change management initiatives to support business strategies.
- Providing high-level support in all functional areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence, policy, legal compliance, relocation, employment onboarding/off-boarding processes, and payroll.
Maintaining close connections with the business to provide support to both managers and individual employees.
The role reports to Global HR leadership, with a dotted line to the General Manager.
