We are seeking a skilled Theatre Technician to join our team and contribute to the overall performance of the operating suite.

As a key member of our team, you will provide quality service with patient care, equipment handling, and transport services.

You will make an impact by:

  • Assisting clinicians and team members with patient preparation
  • Preparing and maintaining operating suite equipment
  • Providing safe patient transport within the operating suite and interdepartmental transfers

To be successful in this role:

  • You have a strong attention to detail and are quick to learn and adapt
  • Good communication skills with a natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients

Requirements:

  • Cert III Theatre Technician qualification and above
  • Clear understanding and use of medical terminology
  • Understanding of, and ability to set-up medical devices
