Dynamics 365 Business Operations Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with stakeholders, gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing current processes, and developing reports and recommendations to leadership teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise-level CRM systems, digital case management systems, and complex digital transformation environments. Key responsibilities include mapping business processes to system functionality, identifying gaps, and collaborating with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to leadership teams

- Proven experience working with enterprise-level CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Experience with uplift of Digital Case Management Systems
