Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of the student wellbeing strategy
  • Promote opportunities for student leadership

This is a Middle Leadership role focussed on student engagement and agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting opportunities for student leadership, developing strategies to improve student outcomes, and working closely with teachers to implement policies and procedures.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator who is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of students. If you are a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality education, we want to hear from you

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
  • Current VIT registration (or eligibility to gain)
  • A postgraduate qualification in student wellbeing and/or educational leadership is desirable but not essential

About the Role:

This is a permanent position commencing January 2026, with a tenure of 1 year. The successful candidate will be employed as a teacher and will be required to work collaboratively with the teaching team to achieve the College's goals and objectives.
