Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of our pastoral care team
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and growth
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and reporting systems
Required Skills and QualificationsQualifications

Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent qualifications are highly regarded. Relevant pastoral or theological studies are also desirable.

Experience

Demonstrated understanding of working within complex organisations is essential. Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders is also required. Empathy and affinity with vulnerable individuals is critical.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Moderate computer skills are also required. A basic understanding of different faiths and cultures is highly valued.
