• Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of pastoral care teams
• Build and maintain effective relationships with individuals and teams
• Maintain professional, personal, and spiritual development
• Document and report on pastoral care services

• Qualifications in clinical pastoral education or relevant pastoral or theological studies
• Demonstrated experience working in complex organizations
• Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs, empathy, and affinity with vulnerable people
• Basic understanding of different faiths and cultures
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
